Aniruddha 阿那律, whose name means 'unrestrained', from the ‘unobstructed’, the ‘ungovernable’, son of Kāma (Love, Lust) translated by 無滅 (unceasing) i.e. the benefits resulting from his charity are unrestrained or unceasing; also 如意無貪 - able to gratify every wish and without desire.
One of the ten chief disciples of Buddha considered supreme in 天眼 deva insight or the Divine Eye. He is to reappear as the Buddha Samantaprabhāsa (Universally Shinning).
