He further manifested hundreds of billions of nayutas of inconceivable precious light flames, arising from past great vows and good roots, from having made offerings to countless Tathāgatas and cultivating pure practice without negligence, from generating good roots with unobstructed omniscient mind, to display the Tathāgata's pervasive power, to cut off all beings' doubts, to enable all to see the Tathāgata, to cause countless beings to dwell in good roots, to demonstrate the Tathāgata's unobstructed spiritual powers, to enable beings to universally enter the ultimate ocean, to cause the great assemblies of bodhisattvas from all Buddha lands to gather, and to reveal inconceivable Buddha dharma gateways.
At that time, the Tathāgata's great compassion universally covered all, displaying the adornments of omniscience, wishing to cause beings in inexpressible hundreds of billions of nayutas of asaṃkhyeyas of worlds to have faith if they had no faith, to increase if they already had faith, to become pure if they had already increased, to mature if they were already pure, and to have their minds tamed if they were already mature. They observed the profound dharma, were complete with boundless wisdom light, gave rise to boundless vast minds, and had irreversible omniscient minds. They did not contradict the dharma nature, were not afraid of ultimate reality, realized true principles, perfected all pāramitā practices, and purified all transcendent good roots. Like Samantabhadra, they attained Buddha's sovereignty, left the realm of māras, entered the Buddha realms, understood profound dharmas, gained inconceivable wisdom, and their Mahāyāna vows never retreated. They constantly saw all Buddhas and never left them, accomplished realizing wisdom, realized boundless dharmas, were complete with the power of endless merit treasuries, gave rise to joyful minds entering the ground of no doubt, were pure and free from evil, relied on omniscience, saw dharma without wavering, entered all bodhisattva assemblies, and were constantly born in the family of all Tathāgatas of the three times.
Such adornments manifested by the World-Honored One were all accomplished through good roots accumulated in the past - for taming all beings, revealing the Tathāgata's great awesome virtue, illuminating the treasury of unobstructed wisdom, demonstrating the Tathāgata's boundless supreme virtues blazing forth, displaying the Tathāgata's inconceivable great spiritual transformations, manifesting Buddha bodies in all destinies through spiritual powers, demonstrating the Tathāgata's limitless spiritual transformations, fulfilling all original aspirations, displaying the Tathāgata's courageous wisdom that can go everywhere, becoming the sovereign Dharma King, giving birth to all wisdom gates, manifesting the Tathāgata's pure body, manifesting his most extraordinary body, revealing the attainment of the equal dharma of all Buddhas of the three times, revealing the treasury of pure good roots, displaying supreme wonderful forms that nothing in the world can compare to, displaying the characteristics of the complete ten powers causing those who see them to never tire, and being the sun of the world illuminating the three times.
The sovereign Dharma King's all merits manifested from good roots of the past. All bodhisattvas throughout all kalpas praise and extol these endlessly.
At that time, after the King of the Tuṣita Heaven had arranged these offerings for the Tathāgata, together with hundreds of billions of nayutas of asaṃkhyeyas of Tuṣita devaputras, he joined palms toward the Buddha and said: "Welcome, World-Honored One! Welcome, Well-Gone One! Welcome, Tathāgata, Worthy One, Perfectly Enlightened One! Please have compassion and dwell in this palace!”
At that time, the World-Honored One adorned himself with the Buddha's adornments and possessed great awesome virtue. To cause all beings to give rise to great joy, all bodhisattvas to develop deep understanding, all Tuṣita devaputras to increase their aspirations, the King of the Tuṣita Heaven to tirelessly make offerings and serve, countless beings to contemplate the Buddha and give rise to resolve, countless beings to plant good roots of seeing Buddha with endless merit, to constantly give rise to pure faith, to see and make offerings to Buddha without seeking anything, to have all aspirations become pure, to diligently accumulate good roots without rest, and to make great vows seeking all-knowledge - he accepted the heavenly king's invitation and entered the palace adorned with all jewels. As in this world, so too in all worlds throughout the ten directions.
At that time, all the jewel-adorned palaces naturally became wonderfully adorned, surpassing all heavenly adornments. Jeweled nets covered everything all around, universally raining clouds of all supreme precious jewels, clouds of all ornaments, clouds of all precious garments, clouds of all sandalwood incense, clouds of all solid incense, clouds of all precious adorned canopies, clouds of inconceivable flower clusters, and universally emitting inconceivable sounds of music and song praising the Tathāgata's omniscience, all harmoniously according with the wonderful Dharma. All such offering implements surpassed those of all the devas.
In the Tuṣita palace, music and songs of praise blazed unceasingly. Through the Buddha's spiritual power, the Tuṣita King's mind remained undisturbed, his past good roots became completely fulfilled, countless good dharmas became increasingly firm, his pure faith increased, he gave rise to great diligence, generated great joy, purified his deep aspirations, gave rise to the bodhi mind, and remembered the Dharma without interruption, retaining everything without forgetting.
At that time, empowered by the Buddha's spiritual might, the King of the Tuṣita Heaven recalled the good roots he had planted in the presence of past Buddhas and spoke these verses:

There was a Buddha named Merit Light, Supreme among all auspicious ones, Who once entered this maṇi palace, Therefore this place is most auspicious.
As the King of the Tuṣita Heaven in this world, empowered by the Buddha's spiritual power, praised the past Buddhas in verse, likewise the Kings of the Tuṣita Heaven in all worlds throughout the ten directions praised the Buddha's merits in this way.
At that time, the World-Honored One sat cross-legged on the maṇi jewel treasury lion throne in the palace adorned with all jewels. His Dharma body was pure, his wonderful functions sovereign, sharing the same realm with the Buddhas of the three times. He dwelt in all-knowledge, entering the same nature with all Buddhas; his Buddha-eye was clear, seeing all dharmas without obstruction; he had great awesome power, universally traveling throughout the Dharma realm without rest; possessing great spiritual powers, he could go wherever there were beings to be transformed; his body was adorned with all Buddhas' unobstructed adornments, and knowing the right time, he expounded the Dharma to the assembly. Inexpressible numbers of bodhisattvas gathered from various lands in other directions; the assembly was pure, the Dharma body non-dual, without dependence yet sovereign, manifesting Buddha body activities.
After he sat on this throne, within the palace there naturally appeared limitless and countless extraordinary wonderful offering implements surpassing those of all devas, namely: flower garlands, garments, paste incense, powdered incense, precious canopies, banners and pennants, music and songs of praise. Such things were each beyond counting. With vast minds they respectfully made offerings to the Buddha; all the Tuṣita Heavens throughout the ten directions were also like this.
