迦字門,入諸法作者不可得故。

Entering the gateway of the syllable KA, because one realizes the ‘doer’ (kāraka) of all dharmas is unattainable.
迦(上)字門一切法離作業故。
Amoghavajra
KA is a gateway because all dharmas transcend [having] a karmic agent.
The syllable KA is an opening because no ‘doing’ (kāraka) is perceived in all
mental phenomena.
