As in स्तम्भ - shtambha

咤字門，入諸法折伏不可得故。

The syllable ṢṬA is a gateway because the basis (or subduing) of all things cannot be found.

入瑟吒字門，悟一切法制伏任持相不可得故

Entering the gateway of the syllable ṢṬA, one realizes because the basis (or subduing) of all things cannot be found.

SHTA because of the non-apprehension of a support (स्तम्भ shtambha);

ṢṬA the syllable ṣṭa is an opening because no support (स्तम्भ stambha) of all mental

phenomena can be perceived.
